1. Data we collect

We collect account data (name, email, phone), verification data from official documents, space data (vehicle or shop type, governorate, coverage districts), and usage data inside the platform.

2. QR scan data

When a QR code is scanned we record the time, device type, approximate area and referrer. We never store the IP address in clear text — only a one-way digest used solely to avoid counting the same scan twice.

3. Geolocation

Location coordinates are used only in installation proofs and field inspections for verification. Exact space owner addresses are never shown on public pages, and public map positions are offset by a random amount.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Only the data necessary to execute an appointment is shared with certified installation centres, and advertisers see rating and coverage without the space owner's full identity.

5. Data protection

Passwords are stored hashed with bcrypt, and every sensitive operation is written to an audit log. Access to official documents is restricted to the verification team.

6. Retention

Campaign and settlement data is retained for the period accounting requirements demand; account data not tied to financial obligations can be deleted on request.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your data within legal limits, by writing to the address on our contact page.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only, for the login session and language preference. We use no external advertising trackers.
